About Progressive Distributor Block
Progressive Distributor Block
Cen-Tech Lubrication Progressive Distributor Blocks of CTPB-4555/ 6080 series are meant for distribution of lubrication delivered by a pump to various lubrication point in sequence-one after another. If any of the lubrication point is blocked the progressive block will stop functioning. With suitable monitoring device , this blockage is sensed and suitable warning is given to avoid running the machine without proper lubrication system.
Secondary block can be connected to out put of progressive block for further distribution of the lubricant.
These blocks can be used for following kind of Centralized Lubrication System:
1. Intermittent Grease Systems
2. Intermittent Oil Systems
3. Recirculating Oil Systems
Superior Lubrication ControlDesigned for centralized lubrication, this distributor block delivers uniform lubricant discharge across multiple points, ensuring machinery components receive consistent protection. Adjustable grease output supports various industrial requirements, making it suitable for workshops, manufacturing plants, and heavy machinery.
Robust Build with Easy MaintenanceManufactured from high-grade steel and finished with zinc plating, the block offers excellent resistance to corrosion. Its innovative O-ring internal sealing and tool-free disassembly facilitate hassle-free maintenance while maintain its performance and reliability over time.
Flexible Application and MountingChoose from 6 to 18 outlets and utilize versatile mounting options, either base or panel. Threaded input/output ports (M10x1/M8x1) fit standard lubricating setups, ensuring seamless integration in existing or new installations throughout industrial operations.
